Councillor John Bint has joined MKDP’s board replacing Edith Bald, leader of the Conservative group on Milton Keynes Council.
John has been a Conservative councillor for Broughton since 2007. He is particularly interested in transport issues and urban development and is a member of the Council’s Development Control Committee.
John is an IT marketing and strategy professional who has lived in MK for many years and worked for a number of well-known firms in the area.
He says: “I’m delighted to have been appointed to the Board of MKDP and to have the opportunity to contribute to its role to develop Milton Keynes in a way that retains what has made the city and the borough so successful in the past and builds its future.”
